Synopsis

Commissioned by The New York Times for their celebrated Great Performers series, we collaborated with Tony Award-winning director and choreographer Justin Peck and celebrated photographer Philip Montgomery to capture the visceral power of physical narrative on film. Merging high-concept choreography with intimate cinematic direction, the film series transformed our cast into a modern visual study, translating the raw energy of movement into an artful, enduring digital experience. The project featured actors Julia Roberts, Ethan Hawke, Yoo Ah-in, Regina King, Emma Stone, LaKeith Stanfield, Glenn Close and Toni Collette.
